Timber Design Using ADT and MAX for Timber Framed Sustainable Design

ADT user Cameron Scott of Timber Design, sent me a link to a new project he is working on.  A very nice example of an ADT model and MAX for rendering.

As described on Cameron’s site, the project is for “The Northmoor Trust require a sustainable and cost effective office building to accomodate their day to day activities. The proposed timber framed solution will be constructed in the summer of 2005 using locally sourced Douglas Fir for the structure. The timber frame will be cut on site by an international team of about 70 carpenters in an intensive two week period. The timber frame event is a joint project between The Carpenters Fellowship and The Timber Framers Guild.”
